1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Digital products or subscriptions may have separate terms outlined in their purchase agreement.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log in to your WrapFitz account and go to Orders > Request Refund, or

  2. Contact our support team at support@wrapfitz.com with your order number and reason for the refund.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a WrapFitz error.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal value.

  • If the desired item is out of stock, you may receive a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact WrapFitz within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a photo of the item and your order number.

  • WrapFitz will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products (unless defective)

  • Personalized or custom orders (unless defective or incorrect)
